Whether the statute, which criminalizes "glorifying terrorism," would pass muster under U.S. con law's Brandenburg test is a close one -- and irrelevant, because Britain has neither the First Amendment nor Brandenburg, and it's not clear to me that either this statute or Mr. Izzadeen's prosecution under it violate any principle of natural law.

Incidentally, while he's Abu Izzadeen to the police, the courts, Osama, and God, he was Trevor Brooks to his mum and dad. Convert, you know.
